The cluttered atmosphere in the basement of the old parliament building was good, but the clean and open atmosphere of the new government building is also quite good. If you sit by the window, you can eat while looking at the red brick government office. The amount of soba is doubled (I felt that much) for an additional 50 yen. There is also a big increase, but I am too full to work from the afternoon . It is a combination of cold noodles and sweet warm soup, and the soup contains small shrimp tempura, chicken, spinach and so on. It’s a taste that makes you addicted and makes you want to eat it regularly.

PLEASE do not eat here if you don’t want to get food poisoning. They may offer volume, but freshness is definitely off the menu. Don’t get fooled by the magazine cover they posted outside the store.

Hokkaido’s ordinary sashimi is not like this. Popular on TV, badly criticized by locals, that kind of store. The current owner of the relocation destination just brought the name of the store, and it seems that it is different from the original store. (I haven’t been there before the move, but it seems to have been well received.) If you come just to taste the fish because it’s cheap, you’ll regret it. Only people who don’t care about freshness and want to enjoy a large serving should come. By the way, most Hokkaido University students do not go. Hokkaido University students who want to eat sushi while indulging go to Triton. It’s a little expensive, but Hokkaido University students find the difference in freshness.

I had a large serving of zaru soba. It is so popular that there is a long line of people waiting to eat at lunchtime. It is crowded with nearby businessman. You can have a long line, but the turnover is very fast and your turn will come soon. It was an amount that I thought about giving up several times, but I managed to finish it.

A restaurant specializing in yakisoba that is very cheap and offers everything from normal servings to ridiculous extra servings. You can enjoy various tastes because you can season yourself with the sauce at the counter. It’s delicious as it is, but it feels like B-class gourmet.

This restaurant is very similar to “Why do you put chili oil in soba?” in Tokyo. It’s for people who want to eat a lot. Don’t expect too much flavor or texture from this soba itself. Definitely a surprise find! Last minute looking for dinner place and bump into this tiny place for 6 of us and they were friendly to let us all seat in. Wasn’t sure about the sashimi but it turned out very good and very worth the money! Love the tuna, scallops and yellowtail

Anyway, it’s cheap, it’s big, and it’s delicious. I ordered a 1kg serving, but even half is probably more than a large serving at a regular restaurant. In the case of eat-in, there are very few seats, so we recommend going alone or delivery.
