No.1 Sleep on your side with the right side of your body down

No.2 Cool your bedroom

No.3 4-7-8 breathing technique

No. 1 Lying on your back
No.2 Exhale all of your breath
No.3 Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
No.4 Hold your breath for 7 seconds
No.5 Breathe out through mouth for 8 seconds
Repeat 4 times until you get used to it.
