Freshly steamed hot buns! Be careful not to burn yourself, but they are extremely delicious! There are many varieties to choose from, but I recommend the pork buns with miso or spicy miso. The store is a popular place with a long line of customers, and depending on the timing, the desired flavor may be sold out. I highly recommend it because of the crispy bamboo shoots and the reasonable price!
To be honest, I like this meat bun more than the 551 in Kansai, and it is my secret pleasure to stop by here when I visit Sapporo Factory.
