The chicken used here is fed on safe food and raised slowly for more than twice as long as broilers, making it sweeter and less fatty, with a strong flavor and just the right amount of chewiness.
The chicken is raised for 150 days, and each bird is purchased from Shiga Prefecture every day and processed at the restaurant, so you can enjoy various parts of the chicken. Prices are a little expensive. And the restaurant is non-smoking.
